She brings over 15 years of experience across marketing strategy, editorial leadership, and creative direction, combining strategic clarity with hands-on execution. Her work focuses on translating vision into structured, high-performing brand systems.

Rachael specializes in brand strategy, rebranding, campaign development, content direction, and customer journey design. She supports organizations in building cohesive brand ecosystems that drive recognition, alignment, and growth.

Her experience spans finance, healthcare, technology, entertainment, sports, and media, with a multi-industry perspective shaped by work with leading firms in New York City. She is known for quickly diagnosing gaps, identifying opportunities, and guiding brand evolution with precision.

She also extends this perspective through The Baxter Edit podcast, where she explores leadership, reinvention, and growth.

As Co-Founder and former Editor-in-Chief of Conscious Magazine, Rachael led national print and digital expansion, with distribution in over 350 Barnes & Noble locations and a subscriber base across 25 countries. Her leadership established a scalable, audience-first platform grounded in strong positioning and consistent storytelling.

She has also served as a featured expert panelist at the International Young Leaders Assembly at United Nations Headquarters, contributing to discussions on leadership, storytelling, and global impact.

Rachael is a co-owner of a high-end boxing and fitness studio in Charleston, South Carolina, where she played a key role in launching a modern athletic lifestyle brand. This experience provides direct operational insight into building, positioning, and growing a consumer-facing business.

She also serves as President of the SHE Leads Group Elevate Chapter, where she supports mentorship, collaboration, and referral-driven partnerships among women in business.
